What you will do

Lead and oversee complex IT programmes and large-scale transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
Establish and manage programme governance frameworks, steering committees, decision-making structures, and escalation processes.
Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, managing dependencies, shared resources, milestones, and delivery priorities.
Ensure effective programme execution through transparent reporting, stakeholder engagement, and structured governance.

Extensive experience managing complex IT programmes and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Strong expertise in programme governance, portfolio oversight, benefits realization, financial management, and risk management.
Practical experience with Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Understanding of enterprise architecture, digital solution lifecycle management, and system integration strategies.
Experience using programme and project management tools for planning, delivery tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Knowledge of programme-level risk management practices aligned with ISO 31000.
Understanding of IT governance, compliance, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge of benefits realization frameworks, reporting dashboards, and programme performance measurement.
Familiarity with PM² and PM²-PgM methodologies, ISO 21502, and ISO 38500 is advantageous.

Provide strategic direction and leadership across multiple complex programmes and workstreams.
Establish effective governance structures and ensure accountability across programme teams.
